Download their app and get the best price available downtown. Super easy to get to, close to Providence Mall, Water fire, Dunkin Arena, restaurants, etc. Easy check in/out. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fast elevators. Some road noise (traffic/trucks) can be heard even on top floor, but using heater/ac is effective to drown it out. I will stay here again. Free...

Good location, nothing bad to say. Still find it not efficient to order breakfast with a long queue during rush hour. Why not buffet and an option to order like they do in the hilton hotels. As they start at 7am I don't like being in a queue, if i need to be in a meeting at 8am..

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rates for graduation weekend at Brown are double what they are on any other weekend and this did not include breakfast. I have stayed at many of the hotels in downtown Providence and this is the worst one. I did not have any particular problems that could be remedied by complaining to the front desk just a really bad hotel especially for a business traveler. From super thin walls to an at best disinterested front desk staff that cannot get out...
