My only complaint was the bed. It was too high to climb into and very uncomfortable.
We spent one night for a hockey tournament. The staff was helpful, including giving us a late checkout. The indoor pool is one of the nice for a courtyard we've seen. The breakfast options (not complimentary) are basic but perfect for our needs (lattes, oatmeal).
This was our second stay at the courtyard Norwalk. The service is great, our suite was very nice, on the courtyard side. The pool area is lacking a hot tub which is dissapointing and also seemed to be some sort of swim lessons going on in the afternoons which deterred us from using the pool. Otherwise a very nice stay
I can't say enough nice things about our weekend at the Courtyard Marriott. The accommodations were very clean, the pool was beautiful, but it was the staff that really went out of their way to make my families time there so enjoyable.
