We stayed at this hotel on our way home to IL. Very clean hotel but too close to noisy trains. Toilet in room would only flush if you held the handle. I normally like this hotel but we stayed there twice - consecutive weekends in April and was disappointed in the customer service from the front desk concerning our breakfast at the Bistro - purchased package with breakfast included for two. Both stays our name was not on the list at the counter and we had to get a manger's approval....

I did not enjoy my stay because the 3 of us had to sleep in one bed due to the unclean sofa bed. It did not have sheets on it so the dirty mattress was showing. After leaving the room for hours, we returned to an unmade king sized bed. I guess the maid replaced the towels and then left...

Very Good Hotel but in a Not So Good Location

The hotel itself is your typical Courtyard, reasonably priced with very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and free wi-fi. The problem is that it's close to a railroad tracks and freight trains go by often including all night. This can be mitigated by closing the windows, prefer fresh air, and turning on the air conditioner.

My first and last stay at this property. I have stayed at several Courtyard's and this one is sadly lacking. Very disappointing. Upon check-in I was given a room that wreaked of cigarettes.
