Good Location and Updated room

If I can't stay downtown I stay in the Galleria area. The Courtyard is close to lots of places to eat and the mall if that is your thing. Rooms are updated and nice, price is right for sure.
Not a big fan of the Market restaurants in the Courtyards, but they make it easy to get some coffee and...

Wish it would have better staff

Really enjoyed the day before I got here, dirty place not well taken care of and not enough employes or maybe the employes were not doing what they were supposed to. Anyway I will never be back but if the management applies rules then it would be another story.

Easy Peezy

The day of arrival started off great with receiving an email during my flight that my room was ready at 9 am after checking in the day before thru the Marriott app. Arrived to the hotel approx 3pm and showed ID confirmed payment option and received keys all less than 30 seconds.
