Recently attended a conference at this hotel and I really have only a couple of beefs.

Checked in along with large dance troop after multiple flights. After Long day, long flight, I didn't appreciate the lines. Got to room where there was a bad smell. Called downstairs. Hotel was clean the bed was a nightmare. Evidently it was worn out. Food in the hotel is okay at best. Very loud bar. Good location, Wait staff and management were very nice. Parking was inconvenient, but at least they had some.

I can't understand the how some people have raved about this hotel. Our room was ok, nothing special. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor because the rubber sealer didn't go all the way to the bottom of the door. The housekeeping service would takestuff away and not replace it - the one day we only had one hand...
