I recently stay at this hotel while in Bham for a doctor appointment. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the city. The front desk girl (Torie) was super helpful and a pleasure to meet. I truly thank everyone for doing such a great job and going above and beyond

My Father had a serious surgery @ UAB hospital. My mother is 73yo, uses an electric wheelchair, & it is a long drive from home so we booked a room because it was "conveniently attached to UAB Hospital". That's a lie. I did not have the first issue during my 3 nights here. The room was clean as well as the lobby and halls. Every employee spoke and smiled. The front desk was very helpful with every question. If you are staying here because you have family at UAB Hospital they offer a discount.

Property is clean, staff is courteous. This particular property has a couple disadvantages. There is a hospital adjacent to the hotel, and ambulance sirens and Lifeflight helicopter noise is abundant. Parking is not easy as the parking garage is shared with the hospital and spaces as hard to come by. Great property if you need to be close by the...
