We loved the experience and the staff was wonderful. We were disappointed that the adults in our group couldn't use the hot tub while the kids were in the pool. There was a very small sign on the door which was opened when we first got there. After sitting in it for about 5 minutes without any problems, we had another hotel guest come tell us what the sign said. It was "under maintenance". It...

Checked in later than expected, but that wasn't a problem. They had our key already set aside and ready for us. Very polite, very easy checkout. Facilities were comfortable, clean and proportionately roomy.

The front desk / bistro staff are nice, and accommodate special requests. The room is as expected, nice and quiet, showing a little wear. Some minor background noise from the highway, but not loud. Housekeeping was good. The room was large and clean. Overall good value.

Convenient to interstate and bike trail. Booking through Expedia not clearly explained so in the long run cost as much as a walk in stay. No breakfast, no evening snack, no points. Will not book with Expedia again.
