I've lived here for a year, and haven't had a bad experience. The buildings look a bit run down, but the apartment interior is much nicer than others I've lived in. It is true that the laundromat is unreliable, but I just do my laundry elsewhere. Some places don't even have laundry machines anyway, so I don't feel like it's a huge deal. Run down and not worth the trouble

The apartments are very old and not maintained. The underground parking garage has 2 giant holes from the ceiling caving in from water damage. One of them pours water every couple days and has not been fixed in the 7 months we've lived here.
