Ever since I moved into my apartment several months ago I have had numerous issues with the leasing office. When I toured the showroom apartment I fell in love and told Samantha, one of the women from the leasing office, that I would like to rent an apartment with the SAME EXACT layout and renovations as the showroom. Rooms are very spacious and the location couldn't be better if you want to be close to stores, bars, mall, restaurants and college. The rent is a little high for my liking but again i believe it has to do with the location. Also washer and dryer in unit could not be nicer. Pretty quite and no problems with bugs. If i had to change one thing i would like the air vent placement, it get very hot...

The leasing office has been very helpful, albeit sometimes I have to call twice for maintenance or a few times until someone returns my call. They're always friendly and patient, though, which is much appreciated.
I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with an enclosed den. The rooms and closets are a good size, but the bathrooms are very dimly lit and appear dingy with all brown tile and wall...
