Didnt even show up for appointment to give me an estimate on my shower remodel. When I called they said the plumber was running late..really?! A phone call would have been nice. I honestly think he forgot !!
Stated that they would be here between and 4 pm and it is now 6pm and no one ever showed up. The courtesy of a phone call would have been nice.
Dishonest service! I do not recommend them. A Naperville Courtesy plumber prepared an estimate to replace an outside spigot for $338.95; a $73.00 increase from the original phone quote of $265.00. The plumber cut an access hole in the ceiling of my basement (with a rotary saw that I provided) and looked at the connecting end in the house. He then went back outside and unscrewed the spigot...
Hiring a Plumber is always a little nerve wracking. The biggest thing about hiring one is trust. Trust that they do know what they are doing and trust in them telling you the truth as to the extent of the problem and what it will cost to fix. I can tell you I have been through several and Courtesy can be completely trusted. My sons new home had a terrible leak that was ruining the wood floors...
