Where should I start. The sales team do not know how to deal they are the only Cadillac dealer in about 70 miles and they act like it. They do not think anyone will drive that far for a better deal. The service shop will rip you off when ever they can.. One of the service Advisors who has been there the longest will over sell services that are not needed. There is no need for a brake fluid...

Had an overall good experience. The salesmen were very nice and just showed me what I asked for no questions. Were not pushy which was good because I wasn't ready to buy. I ended up buying elsewhere later which I wish I didn't because I got ripped off I feel. I took my truck to get serviced at Courtesy tho and they were very fair.
