They advertised a special on their website: $39.99 for an air conditioner check up.No mention of a trip charge or any other exclusions / qualifications. I have them come out and they spend all of 20 minutes looking at my system. I then get a bill for $124.00! I paid the serviceman and called the company.The …

Countryside replaced a water heater in our home that was supposed to be the same model as the existing water heater. What they installed was a lower-end model, and we were charged a higher-end price. In addition, our carpet stairs were soiled when they removed the existing water heater. Their efforts to rectify this situation to our satisfaction have not been adequate.
