THE MANAGEMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have never cursed so much in my life than in dealing with the management. The apartments are beautiful but NOT WORTH IT. When I was trying to sell my contract, the nice sweet management team turned into my competition and they are absolutely ruthless and have the upper hand. How do you compete when they can change the prices and the rules whenever they feel like it? Poor Managment

The actual apartments are nice enough with high ceilings and a fireplace in most of them. It's the management that stinks. They are new and nearly incompetent at running the place. I have never found them to be helpful or they are often just rude.

We don't plan on renewing our lease this time because they are trying to bump the rent another 50 bucks. Since we are good tenants, that doesn't make any sense to us. They don't negotiate and they really nickel and dime you for every little thing. We can't afford this place anymore.

My wife and I came to live at Country Springs apartments. My wife liked the apartment they showed us, and we were fooled by how nice the place looked. We moved in.
