Received a Windber Speedway book for Christmas. I happen to have the same book, so when my wife tried to return it for an exchange, they wouldn't allow it....so I am stuck with two of the same book. I didn't even want a refund, just a store credit, but no dice. Very poor way to do business.

After receiving 2 of the same sets of Bearington Bears as gifts bought from this store by 3 seperate people. I wished to exchange 1 set to the store. The receipt states no cash refunds. That was fine. 4 days after Christmas. I was informed they would not even exchange them for other items in thier store because they were seasonal items. Still had tags on and I had a receipt. i love this store because the staff is very friendly and helpful. they have a great variety of primitives. the merchandise is of excellent quality and superb workmanship. the prices are reasonable compared to larger metropolitan cities. one of my favorite places to shop!!!!!!
