****We were supose to have 3 queen suites.
***Was told pet friendly. $25.00 per dog.
***Was told a full breakfast. ***Asked for extra towels and pillows.
***Put in for a wake up call for my son's graduation.
We didn't receive any of theses things listed. We had a large group traveling with us and the suites were needed. We all travel eith our pets this become a more costly problem. The...

Hotel was full & ran out of food @ breakfast. Recommend they buy more plates , etc. what they had could not keep up with the demand. Staff was great & working hard to keep up

I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. The pool heater was broken and the water was too cold for my daughter to swim. There was no hot tub; the hotel took it out. I was very disappointed. The front desk said someone would fix the pool, but that didn't happen. The room was nice but the hotel was uncomfortably hot in the hallways, lobby and breakfast area.
