A bad stay

Was not told before our stay that it was undergoing remodeling to become a Marriott. We were inconvenienced. The hotel should have been closed until remodeling was done.

Hotel is under construction - it's ok but hotel staff was not any too friendly. Breakfast gentleman was friendly but just ok with overall rating. Weird rooms - very long and the view was horrible!!

booked the hotel because it is directly across the street from St. Bonaventure. this was our second stay. minor inconvenience due to heavy remodeling going on, but only booked there because you had a hot tub. only to find out the hot tub is being reviewed. we will likely not stay there again.
