The manager (a slim women called Pat or Judy) for this apartment is the most unreasonable and hostile person I have ever dealt with. Every time I went to discuss with her, she treats you in a bossy way as if you personally owed her money and she has the power to dictate everything. As least , she made herself looks as if she can refuse to provide benefit to you even the same beenfit was given...

I've been living here for about 3 years. I would (and have recommended) to friends. The property is nice, and management has been responsive. Safe neighborhood. I'm happy here.

This series of 15 brick apartment buildings are just off 95 and within a few minutes' drive to 93.  Off-street parking and a community green are on offer along with utility-inclusive rent and hardwood floors in every unit.  A one- bedroom is offered at about $1,000 for 800 square feet.
