Purchased a 1600.00 mowing deck and Bob Cottrell said they would stand behind new product Tar River mowing deck. Used three times -pens came out on first use. Not satisfied. Bob was very unprofessional and hung up on us. Will not return product

I brought my branson tractor in for repairs recently. One issue was
Quoted by another dealer at $800. Cottrell performed the same repair and fixed a couple of other things for just a little over one half of that. They went out of their way to find ways to keep the repair bill down. Its rare to find a business that treats customers like friends but that's just what they do.
