He was quick and very efficient, and he waived some fees for us because he couldn't get to us at the time we first called. Overall, we're very glad we waited for Cottrell & Co. The service was excellent and the price was very, very reasonable (even before the fees were waived).
He was very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate what he did for us and would definitely use this company again, as well as recommend him to a friend.
Fast reply and fast service. Good estimate and great price on the work completed. Professionals! I have found a new plumber for all my plumbing needs.
Cottrell was very informative, I did not decide to put in the hot water heater. The cost was more than I want to spend at this time.
From the first phone call received through the job completion, I was very pleased. Jason Cottrell is not only knowledgeable and professional, but he is very personable and willing to offer advice. His pricing was reasonable, he was quick to respond to any phone calls and questions, and the job was completed to satifaction during the time frame promised. Jason and his apprentice worked very hard...
