Visiting Lewisville and stopped in.. Bar tender was attentive and the overall atmosphere was nice!

I had the soup and half of a sandwich. The food was pretty good. The bartender was pretty cool. I asked for extra bacon in my potato soup, and he hooked me up. Decent place for lunch.

Decided to give it a try for dinner as I had come for lunch few times. They gave us rolls as usual, and we asked for cornbread like they always do, but they were out. We have eaten at Cotton Patch on many occasions. I am hoping that we just caught them on a bad night. I ordered a beer when we first arrived. The waitress informed me that the bartender had to change the Keg out, but would bring it ASAP. We were half way through our meal when my beer finally arrived.
