We visited here on a Sunday at 2:10 PM, and what a bad idea that was! We had thought surely the lunch crowd would die down after two, but it just went on and on. So, beware if you don't go before 11:30 on a Sunday, or after 3:30 or so. Even the bar area was packed, and service was...
Very good service first of all! Our waiter, Tosha, was very nice. Not sure on the spelling of her name, but she was great! The food was brought promptly and tasted very good. Large portions. Manager came by the table to check on us as well. Very pleasant evening dinner.
Had chicken fried steak w/ mashed potatoes....not bad at all. Rather homey. My friend had Salmon. Comparing Cotton Patch to Black Eyed Pea, I'd say they are comparable. Both will bring rolls/cornbread to the table (equally good at both places). If you like home cooking, you'll probably like Cotton Patch.
Awesome food and service! It was very busy but we still received fast food and outstanding customer service. Prices are GREAT too! Perfect "home-cooking" food. Family very happy?
Good traditional American casual dining restaurant. Good food and atmosphere. Moderate priced items. Service was fair. We enjoyed our visit.
