Incredibly, frustratingly slow. The first time we ordered from here, they got our order wrong. They did re-send the correct pizza, but it was an hour...

Worst pizza experience ever.

I ordered a delivery order of over $20, paid in advance with a credit car, and she said it would take over an hour for delivery. I jumped in the shower. 20 minutes later I got out, sat on the couch and proceeded to wait for over an hour.
