we placed an order at 4pm, and at 6pm we still had not received our food, when I called I was placed on hold for another ten minutes, and when I asked where our food was, I was told it was still at their store, ARE YOU SERIOUS???? when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one there, and I asked to speak to someone in charge, noone was in charge either..........I do not...

The food is mediocre Chinese cuisine. But they're American take on the classics like the cheeseburger is is decent A. Their beverages range from the Classic Lemnonde to down home country Ice Tea. All in all I give this restaurant a 'Big Fat A'.
