They are incompetent, rude and won't take responsibility for a mistake. I dropped my diabetes rx off on a Friday which they said they had to order and it would be ready Monday after 4. My husband went to pick it up ( after I confirmed it was ready) and they said it didn't come in. Then tried to lie and say they didn't have my phone number to call me ( it was in the system).
