I have ordered from Costco before about four years ago and the glasses were cheap and efficient, it was a good experience. A couple of years later I had an even better experience going to BJs....

When I started going last year, they were great and nice. Now Vinny and John are just so rude I can't believe it !! I call ahead and everything and they give me an attitude like why the heck are you even calling this place. I never heard or seen anything like this customer service, they should be replaced! I go to Danvers now and they are so so nice :)
