One of the better Costco stores around. Lines generally are short, so one can be in and out in a hurry. Overall, customer service is excellent, and the staff are helpful. Ok I love this store, how clean it is and how friendly the employees are but I'd like to know what's going on with the produce. I bought snacking cucumbers and they are squishy and moldy. I also bought artesian romaine hearts opened them and they are slimy and brown inside. Usually they have the …

I swear, every time I am at this store in Lodi, a guy named Andre is such an ambassador and points me in the proper direction! He is so kind and sweet! It's such a joy to shop there because I know Andre will take care of all my needs! He is a wonderful at greeting upon entering and when I exit he always tries to find me to say goodbye! Lodi Costco, you have a gem!

My husband bought glasses -- frames and lenses -- 6 months ago at the Lodi store. He had to have unexpected cataract surgery last month and Costco gave him new lenses FREE since it was within 1 year. Good to know and great customer service.
