I love Costco, plain and simple. Yes, sometimes it's a nightmare because it's so busy. But from what I could see, they had all check outs open and where doing the best they could. Its just the price you pay for shopping here.

We have been using costco for years and it has never been a problem. Today we bought a razor for my husband and when we opened it the razor was full of hair. It's absolutely disgusting! I can't believe they allowed a return without checking it and put it back on the shelf for another customer to purchase. Is this the standard that Costco goes by?? If so we will not be renewing our membership.
