Poor customer service, always letting senior employees go, I was told it is because they don't want to give vacations or raises. Sure prices are lower, but how about loyalty to their employees. I get to know a parts man that seems to really know cars, next thing I know I hear he was fired....Hmmmmm?????????
Great service! Needed wipers on my car yesterday in the horrible rain! Guy who helped ran out there IN THE RAIN, told me to sit in my car so I wouldn't get wet and installed my new wipers for me! Thanks so much!
This is one of the most unique auto parts stores I have been to. It is HUGE. They have tons of staff, tons of products and great prices. I was able to get Fel-Pro gaskets cheaper than anywhere else in town. All of these reviews don't make any sense with what I saw. They have the same or better brands than everyone else, at lower prices and with a better selection. The staff was excellent and knew their stuff.
It took one visit and I will be a long time customer, I just wish it was less busy.

These guys will have the cheapest auto parts around but make sure you take the old part in before you buy. Most of the time they give you the wrong part and you need to make 2 trips.
