I've been a customer of Cosmo Prof for many years and I must say they are top notch when it comes to customer service. I use Schwarzkopf color system and they always have a full stock ready to purchase and offer discounts for higher quantities. The staff is friendly and super knowledgable. I really love this cosmoprof. I find that out of all the cosmoprofs this one has really knowledgeable and friendly workers. This 5 start review is for an employee not the company. Cynthia or Sydney (Forgive me if that is wrong) is the best employee ever!! She, unlike most of the other employees, will bend over backwards to help you or find something for you. She is my girl!!! The Only reason I still go to that god forsaken place.
