Very rude customer service! The blond b***h doesn't know how to deal with people! They really messed up my day. They are fighting with you not taking orders VERY bad food. I don't recommend.

This is a decent location of this less than stellar chain. The seating is quite decent and it's at a pretty prime location near a major intersection in Old Town Alexandria. Plus free wi-fi. But the food is the usual Cosi nothing special fare.
