Their customer service is horrible. They have an absurd amount of fees. Just terrible customer service. I have the feeling many of these smaller cities won t allow this robbery much longer as they continue to grow. Talk about a monopoly. I don t see how it s legal.

Currently, we are ONLY allowed to use a company called CoServ (for
electric) in the apartment I live in.  They charged me 350 for the month of January!  We were out of town for 2.5 weeks in January leaving EVERYTHING turned off. How can our bill be so outrageous? We just moved to Frisco and gas usage was $0.19. The total gas & electric bill was $101.00 included customer charge $7.60, connect fee $25.00 member ship $15.00, initial read $19.00 and operation roundup $0.26 and . City tax, Gross Receipts Tax Municipal Franchise Fee are addition to it.

Be careful when you are picking your electric company. Do not use CoServ Electric. We live in an apartment that is co-op and we have no other choice but to use them. It is mandatory and I think that is not only wrong but abusive.
