The worst service experience ever. They don't return calls about appointments, and after the bids came in on our gas furnace, their bid was lowest. Customer beware! We had an appointment scheduled ""after noon"" - that was the closest estimate of arrival they would give. At 4 p.m. I called the company to ask when they would show and was told THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT because they were ""behind schedule"" and they were ""sorry"". This is after taking off work and waiting 4 hours and not even receiving a phone call although they had 2 contact numbers on file.
