Poor service

Two days in a row they did not show up or call. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called the second day to ask why they had not shown up or called they hung up on me. If their work is a reflection of their service I recommend that you avoid these guys.

Absolutely fantastic service. The ability to contact Jack on Sunday was a tremendous boon. Ryan, who was the service technician, arrived 8 am Monday morning and was able to find the problem within minutes. His professional attitude made the whole job an excellent experience. Cornerstone Electric is what service should be. Thanks for a job well done and highly recommended!

Called at 7 pm and got an immediate answer from Jack.He discussed what the problem with my outlet and breaker might be. He was very accommodating at working the service call into my schedule the next day. Ryan was able to fix the problem quickly and show what was the cause of my problems. Will call them if I ever have another issue.
