I dropped off a trimmer to be sharpened. They called to say it was ready, but when I arrived next morning at 8:20 the shop was locked up in spite of 8 am open time on signage and ticket provided - wasting 45 minutes. My mower needed a simple part replaced, I was promised it back in a week. 10 days later I called and was told it would be another week. When I called again, I was told it would be ready sometime next week. Over 3 weeks to replace a simple cable. The previous cable lasted over 5 years, here it is 4 months later …
If you need something related to small engines this place is the greatest. A diamond in the rough perhaps. This is where the other guys send you when they can not do the job. It does take time and money but they do it and stand behind their work.
