Becky is truly ginuwine and kind. She was really responsive and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends. If you're working with Becky than you're in luck because I don't think there is a better realtor out there. Thanks for everything Becky!

Becky is very NICE, SWEET,and Professional, but she could be aggressive when we needed her to be , with our demands to the seller. She worked above and beyond her job title to help us , even after we closed. She treated us like family. We loved our experience working with Becky! I would recommend Rebecca Cordova as a realtor.

My property was very difficult to sell. I wanted to sell to an owner occupier so that I wouldn't have to pay FIRPTA. The property itself could not get FHA financing which severely cut down the available buyer pool.
However, Becky worked tirelessly until she found a buyer who could get conventional financing.
She the negotiated hard with the buyer who turned out to be very challenging.

Becky place was very spacious with a beautiful backyard. The house was furnished with high quality furniture and mattresses in each room. She was very helpful during our stay with a quick response time. I would highly recommend her to family or friends.
