Rarely do I submit reviews. However, this apartment complex is dishonest, mismanaged, rude, and discriminates. Read your lease. Read other sites and the reviews. Expect to be disappointed. This is a great place to live if you have a pet (especially those over 20 pounds!) since it is equipped with a small dog park and the first floor apartments have small backyards. The high ceilings are a dream and everything is so pretty and seems like new. The maintenance team is great as well, and are prompt with everything. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!

First. Costumer service.
Stuff is not professional at all very bad costumer service, people is rude and the place is to expensive to have that quality of service!!!
Second. lack of security.
They have a problem with security I'm victim of Robbery and the stuff is careless about it!
Third. No control
there is no control about the quality of people that is enrolled, my neighbor on the 2nd floor washes his dog pup on the balcony and I got it all in my back sliding door (We have a baby and nobody seems to care about infections).

Muy buen lugar para vivir siempre y cuando cambien a la manager de la propiedad. Los apartamentos son bien modernos y acogedores, pero por lo demas ha ciertas cosas que pienso podrian cambiar; como por ejemplo, la manager Milagros (Mily como muchos le llaman). En cuanto a la maneger solo les puedo decir que es bien ruda y siempre esta de muy mal caracter. Nunca trata bien a los residentes de los apartamentos y no le importa en lo mas minimo tratar de resolver cualquier problema que se le presente.
