Coral caverns is absolutely amazing!!!!! You will not see a cave like this anywhere Else in the world!!!! It's definitely worth making a trip there! Owner is the guide and informative and friendly. This is a hidden gem everyone should experience in their lifetime! We've been to every public accessible cavern in PA and this is one of our favorites!!...

A good cavern experience near Bedford/Fallingwater

Our family's tour to Coral Caverns was a great quick introduction to the caverns as we headed back to the turnpike from Fallingwater (It's a little over an hour from Fallingwater, ie good bathroom break). Unusual Must See for anyone who appreciate geology and caves

Have been to much bigger caves but not one that has numerous fossils like this. Unique. Guide was very knowledgeable of the long history of the cave, mining history of the area, and geology of the area. This was my first visit to Coral Caverns. I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of the cave. The informative tour was great. I will take the tour again and definitely let others know. Can't wait to bring my grandchildren!

Thought to be the only fossilized coral reef cavern in existence, Coral Caverns is abundant with stalagmites and the fossilized remains of sea-creatures left behind by an ancient inland sea millions and millions of years ago. Open June through October 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday & weekdays by appointment only.
