We have stayed there for almost 6 months and It was our first stay in US. It was really a wonderful stay I would stay, apartments are so cleaned and well maintained. Luckily we got all new appliances Stove, Refrigerator, Dish washer, but unfortunately we could not get one with carpet, we ended up staying in wooden floored apartment. It seems the mgmt. has been doing a much better job of keeping the gates in working order - I also hear the laundry is abt to go to a coin-less card system and some rumors of pay for carport parking coming soon. A few decent improvements..overall, still not sure that I will be renewing my lease -
