Best local coffee shop in Appleton. They roast their own coffee, have a great menu and the customer service is great.

I have been going to Copper Rock coffee since they opened here in Appleton. I have to say, they serve a better quality latte' than any of the Starbuck's drinks I've had. Their hot chocolate is decadent too!
I don't even bother going to Starbuck's anymore. The staff at Copper Rock are always great, and their atmosphere is true coffee house.

Also, their sandwiches & paninis are delicious!
