They look good very nice inside & out but they have a really bad rat problem. We told management about our rat problem and all they did was give us glue traps. They don't care about anything but get their rent money. The office staff is rude. Im glad to be out of this trashy place.

the price is right on these apartments! For being income based apartments they are by far the nicest I've ever seen. Plus the floor plan is a plus for me! You get the feel of a townhouse with the upstairs/ downstairs feel. Very quiet apartments for the most part. Lots of kids and families.

I was desperate to find a low budget apartment. With that being said, i read the reviews and thought, "well for the price, I'm sure we can deal with slow maintaince and staff. And we can just buy bug spray for the roaches." I tried to see the brighter side. And looked at it as, you get what you pay for. Don't make that same mistake. Yes, the rent here is really cheap, but is it worth feeling...

Unhelpful management, trash littered & infested apartments.

Pro:The location is great, easy jump to the expressway. Rent is affordable, gated community, and has a pool.

Cons: HORRIBLE management! Apartment had bed bugs, rats, and roaches. You must provide a live or dead bed bug as proof in order to have an exterminator come to your apartment! I informed office of rats & all they did was provide me with glue traps...exterminator showed up days...
