We hired Copeland to replace our roof. While they were here we had electrical issues that only came about when they were working on our roof. They had an electrician come out who spent the WHOLE day at our home looking for the problem.. turned out that it was something that the guy who put a new floor in our home did and he didnt fix the problem right. Copeland fixed the problem FREE of charge! Then, about 2 weeks ago we had a leak at our back door that had nothing to do with the roof and copeland came out and fixed the problem for free! Every time the owner thought there might be an issue...
