Waitress was clearly over worked and tired - kitchen staff couldn't seem to get our orders right and when they did it gave us nothing to write home about. Bread was stale and cold and ambiance felt like it might as well have been located in penn station. Ugh...I will never dine here again! P.S: One upside - the bathrooms were clean and I guess in NYC that should count for something!
