These apartments are located in the less populated area of Denton. We've lived here for over a year and my fiance's car was broken into. The water bill is allocated and it gets higher each month (last month was 133 dollars).

Cooper glen has a great maintenance department is punctual, office people are nice and apartment is quiet even around noon and gym is small but accessible 24/7

The management team here is great- if you visit them in the office they will always be very helpful and will provide what you need. The complex overall is very nicely maintained, although I have had some issues having things fixed within the apartment when they break. Occasionally there are loud neighbors but mostly the area is quiet aside from some noisy children. The location of the apartment...

These are nice apartments for a college town, the rent is a little high but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great apartments for college students or families.
