Seriously the most horrible customer service ever. Not just a one time thing either, It's every single time. It's like pulling teeth just to get a call from someone in the service department, even the service manager doesn't return calls. They've damaged my car when in for repair, "forgot" to call me for hours and hours after my car was ready and a female alone doesn't stand a chance at this...

Give u the run around when u have a ? And messed up on some oil lines be for we got our vehicle. They started to leak a few months later . Lines aren't under warranty and they said they could look at it in a few weeks but I wouldn't be covered

This is a very impressive dealership run by smart and fair people like New Car Manager AJ Sawrey. He took the time to understand what I wanted, found a very specific model that I previously hadn't been aware of (not yet available, but soon will be) then went WAY above and beyond to make our deal happen.
