Excellent service. AC went out at the office today and Cool Tech came to our rescue. They showed up promptly and had the air back up and running within the hour! The technician, John, went right to work to fix the problem and gave a couple of recommendations for preventative maintenance without playing the up-sale games I've experienced with other companies. We've used them several times now...
