Out of the blue my fridge just up just up and died in the middle of the night(spoiling about a hundred dollars worth of food too). Cook's appliance got their technician Keith out here quickly and well he told me a lot of things i didn't understand half of them but he knew what he was talking about at least. Five minutes to tell me my refrigerator was dead. Service call for five minutes...$129.95. To fix my frig...$695. So of course I said no. Compressor was bad. Apparently you can tell those things just by looking at them now. They didn't even hook a meter up to it. Very dissatisfied by the pricing. We all have to make a living but we don't have to do it by robbing people. :)

Dryer wasn't doing its job. I called Cook's Appliance and was able to get someone out the same day. The service call fee seemed fair and there were no hidden costs. The service man was professional in appearance, friendly and seemed quite knowledge regarding my Whirlpool dryer. He fixed it the same day. If I am ever in need of any appliance repair, I will call Cook's Appliance first!
