Everyone is very nice and professional. They are eager to help in any way possible at the front desk and are always willing to talk with you regarding your bill, etc. I really like Chip. He's very gentle with Lucy and is well informed and able to answer all my questions about Lucy's care. Everyone here is the greatest. Jean, Camille, Dr Greis and Dr Gains. I have talked to them several times over the phone and they are always glad to help me. They have been very patient helping us get through our medical problems with our cat. If there was a rating higher than excellent I would give it to them.

We love Dr. Gries and have for many years. We are so thrilled that she has joined Anchorage Animal Hospital because it is closer to where we live. We used to drive across town to see her!
