Word of mouth is big. Since I'm able to rate your services, from what I have heard, not cool to the lgbt community. If one person says something on the companies behalf, it represents the company until the company makes it right. Something to think about.

Never in 33 years have I experienced this sort discrimination from a company. After spending close to an hour on the phone trying to make a change to mine and my husbands insurance policy I was told that only a spouse could make a change.
