Daughter has had UTI infections her whole life. Had a bad infection with blood in her urine and in lots of pain. Called to see if she could see someone. Treated her like she was stupid and didnt know what she was talking about. Told her he couldnt help and it wasnt an emergency.

No bedside manner. No explanation of the process of a miscarriage. The secretaries were very rude. Treated like a number. Will not go back. But the nurses were nice.
