This company came out b/c my ice maker was making an odd noise and there had been some prior leaking during the defrost cycle. A technician came out and forced it into defrost mode to check for a leak. The next day we woke up to a freezer full of spoiled meat and a floor full of water b/c he reset the freezer settings and did not set them back. The company agreed to cover this lost food, but then when the refrigerator was warm the following day spoiling the remainder of our food, said that there was a defect with our machine and that they wouldn't cover it. We've been using this company for years and they don't get much better. The repairman is very knowledgeable and very courteous. They are always here when they say they will be here. We purchased a new dishwasher a few years back and when it broke he was not able to fix it because he does not work on Bosch; however he did refer me to another top notch service. Call this servic e and you will be pleased!
